If this is your FIRST appointment with Evello, or if it has been over 12 months since we’ve seen you, you must book a New Client Appointment. This ensures we have the time to have a consultation and complete the amount of treatment you desire. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete the paperwork which will be waiting for you outside the studio.
- Return check will be subject to a $45.00 service charge.
- Please note that Evello has a tiered Cancellation Policy:
A 50% NON- REFUNDABLE reservation fee will be required for all scheduled appointments. If rescheduling is necessary, the reservation fee can be applied to appointments rescheduled within 5 business days of the original appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours and No Shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the service booked. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
